The litigation team is lead by Pope Langdale, who has been actively involved in personal injury and wrongful death litigation for over 20 years. Not only has he been in the courtroom trying cases on behalf of injured clients or family members who have lost a loved one, but he has also been actively involved with the pursuit of justice for clients in the maintenance of our civil justice system.
He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association, as its Treasurer. He is on the Board of Directors of the General Practice and Trial Section of the State Bar of Georgia, the largest section of the State Bar whose focus is on trial practice. He has previously served as Chairman of the General Practice and Trial Section. He is also a member of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. As the senior leader on the litigation team, he oversees all of the cases handled at the firm. Each case is further staffed by at least one associate and one paralegal.

The litigation team consists of two experienced paralegals and four highly experienced and well trained associates. All of the associate attorneys on his litigation team graduated from highly acclaimed law schools and received training at much larger firms before relocating to Valdosta, Georgia and joining Langdale Vallotton, LLP. In fact, no other law firm in South Georgia, even including defense law firms, have this type of legal expertise at the associate level.
