Municipal Law


Our municipal law team is lead by Rob Plumb, who has over 12 years in governmental law experience.  He currently represents three local municipalities, providing legal advice on all areas of municipal law, including defending lawsuits brought against the cities and advising on contracts, negotiations with county and other local governments on SPLOST, water and sewer and other public service delivery strategies, annexation, land acquisition, and funding for public works projects.
