Bill obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1971 from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. He is a member of the Valdosta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association.  Bill is a Trustee with the Valdosta State University Foundation and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee.  He also serves as a Director of Regions Bank.  His practice focuses on corporate law, probate and estate planning, as well as residential and commercial real estate development.
