Daniel received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2002. He worked as an associate attorney with the firm of Troutman Sanders, LLP in Atlanta until joining Langdale Vallotton, LLP in 2005.

He is a member of the Valdosta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and is a member of the Board of Directors of L.A.M.P. (Lowndes Associated Ministries to People) and the Bank of Valdosta.

Daniel’s practice includes commercial real estate, residential real estate, corporate law, and trusts and estates, with representation focusing in the areas of:

• Multi-family housing financing and development.
• Shopping center development and leasing.
• Hotel financing and development.
• Real estate auctions, including two of the largest land auctions ever held in South Georgia.
• Industrial warehouse development.
